We started the hike around 11 AM, and it started with a steep hill upwards.

Oh, and it continued being steep for more or less the whole hike.

A lot of fog was moving up over the mountain.

This one’s for you, Anya.

And of course, deadly cliffs

That’s mandatory for a proper hike.

Closing in on the top

It The weather forecast predicted rain, but to hell with that – we took some fog and sun instead.

Elevation Profile

After a minor three hours, we got to the summit. By then we had moved 500 meters upwards, or 1640~ feet.

Elevation Profile

Six-ish hours after we started, we were once again back at the cars. I don’t think anyone was displeased with that fact.

And then, the drive down to Santa Rosa. There the gang met again at a furiously good Mexican place. Stuffed.

Home, sweet home.
